We unfortunately had a mixed stay at this hotel in September 06. Arrival:
The shuttle service is easy to use. Use one of the many interactive free telephones in Calgary airport to contact the hotel and they will send a driver and minivan to collect you. This arrived within 15 minutes and is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. We used the shuttle service to return to the airport the next day which we found to be reliable and efficient - you ... ...at reception. Check in was quick and easy and we were offered a late check out at no extra cost (to 1pm) at no extra cost which I was pleased with. However there was no assistance offered with baggage we were given a ground floor room at the end of a long corridor. Rooms
