Boston is a very historic city in terms of the youthful American history, and you can tell that by the buildings – start off on Boston Common and follow the freedom trail – this will take you past the most famed buildings within the city, and its free! It was rather chilly when we visited so we only walked as far as the Fanuiel Hall, but you can see how the walk in the New England summer would attract hundreds and hundreds of tourists. I'm sure you're all aware of the concept of Amazon.co.uk and the service it provides, allowing you to buy any kind of electrical goods/DVD/CD amongst the greater selection of goods it now sells. But you can also sell things on Amazon, and buy material from third-parties rather than just through Amazon...that's where it's Marketplace comes in.

I like my home comforts when I am travelling abroad, but Mr Tart is quite happy to stay in any old hostel. We were looking for somewhere to stay on a trip to Boston and had decided that a guest house would be a happy medium. However, they weren?t that cheap and when I had a look on Expedia and found a Hilton for less money I couldn?t believe my luck!
LOCATION:
This Hilton is located in Boston?s Financial District. It is at 89 Broad Street. Despite it being in the Financial District we found it very easy to walk from the hotel to the main tourist sites of the city. Quincy Market and the Old State House were only 10 minutes walk away.
