Fiesta Americana Merida is a great hotel ideally located and stablished on a gorgeous building. Although is part of a major Mexican hotel chain it really respects the look of the city (white colonial buildings). It's very spacious as well. Can be a little bit more expensive than other small hotels in town but it definitely worths the price. Suggestion: suscribe online to their Fiesta Rewards programs so you can start earning points upon booking your first night! It's close to several amenities like Merida's downton and fabolous restaurants. If you stay here try the Habanero, a good restaurant to try the delicious local food. I particularly recommend to have the Mayan Steak, a beef stake with Achiote, a culinarian delicacy from this southern region of Mexico. Enjoy!

Manufacturer's product description
This five-story hotel recalls the grand style of the early 1900s on the Paseo de Montejo, just north of Meridá\\\'s main plaza. Guestrooms with antique-style furnishings, tile floors, and working windows have views of the street or outdoor pool. A stylish central courtyard of marble and tile sets the tone for a business center, shopping arcade, and two restaurants. Overlooking the fashionable Paseo de Montejo, this five-story hotel opened in 1995, but was built in the style of the Belle Époque era of a hundred years earlier. Marble floors, tall pillars, and ornate tilework provide a historical ambience for modern amenities, including spa services, children\\\'s programs, and comprehensive business services. Guests will also find a large shopping arcade with stores, restaurants, and other businesses.
