I splurged out on a copy of this with some money I got for my birthday, along with the New Super Mario Bros. and 42 All Time Classics games, all of them I saw as being games that it seemed most DS'ers can't be without (or should at least try once!). I've always thought Chihuahuas are particularly cute, so, thats the ahem in depth reasoning behind this particular purchase(!)
Incase your not aware of the basic premise of this game, its basically a simulation game where you get to pick a puppy who you then look after by petting and stroking and providing food, drink and toys and train, in its own room. You can even take it for walks outside (which is kind of cute, you can mark out the route to take in the pretend town using your stylus pen, with the puppy being walked with a hovering dog lead attached).

is rich and lives in Beverly Hills with an overly spoilt dog, Chloe. You would think Chloe is a child the way in which Aunt Viv looks after and treats her. Aunt Viv has no children, just a niece, Rachel.
Rachel is also a spoilt so and so, wanting what she wants and not having any commitments or responsibilities.
The gardener owns a dog, Papi who is in love with Chloe, but of course, not one bit good enough, he is staff!
Chloe ends up being looked after by Rachel (not Aunt Viv's wisest move), getting lost in Mexico of all places and learning about her breed and where she comes from, and who she actually is outside of the Beverly Hills Chihuahua persona she has at home.

Ths product is well worth the money and is recommended to anybody over the age of three.
This delightful game is sure to please any dog lovers as you can buy nearly any breed of dog depending on how much money you have to spend ( on the game ) and what Nintendogs you purchase as there are at least three other kind of Nintendogs such as Labrador, Dalamation, Daschund and the Chihuahua game.
Purchase, name and bring home your own virtual puppy. Play daily and choose a route to take your pup out for a walk. You can go to the park and meet new friends and puppies or just stay at your condo and hang out.
Train your playful pup and win contests earning you money and allowing your dog to move up a class. The more contests you win the more breeds you unlock in all due time!!
