Trip details:
-------------------
We stayed at Country Country in Negril for 2 weeks for our honeymoon, from 8th August - 22nd. We booked through Thomsons for a total price of £1,895 on B&B basis. We had to fly from Gatwick Airport (which for us was a bit of a nightmare as we had to fly down from Durham Tees the night before...but never mind about that).
We had been dreaming about the sandy beach, the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely sun for months, checking out online reviews at www.tripadvisor.com and the like. It all seemed great, except as I read more and more reviews we heard more and more about the 'Beach Vendors' who try to sell you anything you could possibly think off - really.

Advantages: Good all inclusive package and right on beach - literally! Disadvantages: Rooms bit small for families if in standard room type
of Beaches. There are many different properties throughout the Caribbean and they range from budget end to the extravagant end depending on a number of factors including location and the size and amount of facilities in resort.
The property I am reviewing is the lowest end of the Beaches properties called Beaches Sandy Bay and is located in Negril in Jamaica.
First impressions:
As you pull up to the hotel you cannot miss the rather large sign outside that is the 'Beaches' logo - the main entrance looks quite nice with a large spacious area and high ceilings that the breeze can blow through from the pool and beach area. However you certainly cannot mistake the very flowery print of the chairs which is pretty much standard throughout the Beaches properties! Some people find it all part of the package and I suppose it is aimed at families but ...
Advantages: Suspense built well in parts, a bit funny at times. Disadvantages: Poor script, very flat film on the whole, lacks overall energy and excitement.
From director Paul Andrew Williams (London to Brighton), 'The Cottage' is a comedy horror film which originally achieved a UK cinematic release in March 2008. This dark British film stars Andy Serkis, Reece Shearsmith, and Jennifer Ellison.
Brothers David and Peter come up with a master plan in order to bag a large sum of cash between them. The plan is that they'll kidnap the daughter of a big time gangster, hold her hostage, and demand £100,000 ransom. It all seems so simple, it doesn't quite go according to plan however and before long everything starts to go wrong for the two brothers. As the £100,000 looks increasingly less likely to become theirs, things go from bad to worse and the brothers, along with their hostage Tracey find themselves to be in a very sticky situation indeed. This bungled kidnapping gets incredibly messy as ...
