A disaster...In a few words this is the service from your hotel to us. We traveled from Spain to Oslo with my son and my wife, we had made a book in internet 25 to 30 of August. When we arrived, the first day ,the walls,the courtains were dirty,the room floor was dirty and sticky but we were looked forward to know Norway and we didnīt value great significance. But in other wise, the parking is a place to manure, and not so cheaper .The last day we return very tired from make Norway in a nutshell, and when arrived to our room, the beds were undone, the room like in the previous morning, ĄIT WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE IN A FOUR STARS HOTEL! I was speaking with recepcionist because how you can imagine I was very angry, and he couldnīt give me any solution ( only his own interest for resolve the situation).In a hotel 4 stars there wasnīt book of complaints! Your country is marvellous, but your hotel is the worst hotel Iīd known ever in his category in Europe.Itīs like a pension in Spain.

if they didnt make the bed one day, it might have been a one off or a mistake

I think you are quite confused about what ciao is. This is not the website of the hotel that you had a problem with. Complaining to us will not help you at all - you really need to find the hotel website.
