I have just come back from a weekend away in Florence and wanted to let others know about this lovely hotel. It is very near to Florence Central Station 10Eur taxi and just a short walk to the Duomo, Academia and San Lorenzo. The full address is VIA XXVII APRILE 14, FLORENCE, 50129, Italy.
The hotel costs about £122 per night (one room for two people) There is complimentary tea and cofee in the afternoon, with a comfortable roof garden to sit in. For cheap prices go to the hotels website http://cellai.hotel-firenze.net/
The hotel reception is nice and had art on display in the lounge area. The staff were very nice and continental breakfast which is included in the price was quite good, it consisted of fresh bread rolls, croissants, ham, cheese and fruit.
Mine and my sisters room was quite small but it was nice. Where as my mum and dads room was large in comparison. I guess you have to be lucky.
I would recommend it for location. The city is lovely and the markets are great make sure you barter. Most of them do deals. The food in Florence is great there are restaurants on every corner. For a cheaper meal stick to back alleys as restaurants in the many Piazas can be expensive.
I can recommend the ice-cream you can get a small cone for 2EUR which I thought was big enough or you can get a 'monster' cone with 4 scoops for about 12EUR.

That is a better review. I would say that if you could add more information (eg. wad ammenities are provided in the room, how many star is the hotel, how many rooms are there, etc.), it could get you a VH rating. That's just my opinion. :) Have upgraded my rating for you to Helpful
