The management at Flynn's seem to be under the impression "build it and they will come," regardless of quality or standards. The bar is small, dated, dark, dingy and chav central. The bar only sells none brand name spirits and only in treble measures. The staff are friendly but often drunk and unhelpful. The music is average for this sort of dive. The décor has not changed in twenty years and is real need of improvement or relocation as its binge Britain strategy is not in keeping with its surroundings on the rejuvenated quayside. The toilettes are more in keeping with the peasant areas of province at the turn of the last century. If you are looking for a good night with friendly people and nice drinks you have found the wrong place. However if you name is Sharon, you like big earrings, trebles for £2, large middle aged women dressed like porn stars and sick ankle deep you have found your true home.
