The Forum Hotel in Kensington is situated in a nice area, close to most popular attractions in London. As you enter the 70's/60's reception hall, it looks less and less pleasing than the outside. You see a reception on your right and straight in front of you a kind of Carribean bar/cafe. As you go upstairs, the first floor has a restaurant and a conference hall. Holiday Inn Forum Hotel, Gloucester Road, SW7.

Advantages: Location. Value for money.
Disadvantages: Getting a bit delapidated.

Much as though the bathrooms in particular are becoming rather dilapidated, this hotel still represents good value for its price band. It is the tallest Hotel in London. The rooms themselves are good. The beds are comfortable, but occasionally I have found dirty fridges with leftover food inside. They assured me they would tighten up on this, as I had this same problem on more than one occasion. The common areas have recently been refurbished and ...
...evenings. It is used by quite a few airline staff. It is located just off the Cromwell and Gloucester Roads, SW7 and has close access to the tube (2 minutes) and thus Heathrow Airport, as well as being on lines which take you to the City, Victoria (for Gatwick) and the West End.
