countryside. Very nice staff.Award winning food served in our splendid brasserie and restaurant. Play boules or croquet in our grounds. From some of the high stone-sided windows, you can enjoy a view of a landscaped garden with a sunken lily pond and old-fashioned sundial. Inside, the interior is conservatively modern, with homey bedrooms. Some are large enough for a family and others have a four-poster bed. Five bedrooms, equal in comfort to the main building, are on the ground floor of a converted house on the grounds. Bathrooms are well organised, mostly with a shower-tub combination.

Advantages: Accomodation, room, car park, restaurant, surrounding and staff Disadvantages: Nothing
The hotel was centrally situated in the Cotswold , and we were given excellent instructions on how to reach the hotel. The bookings system was very comprehensive with photo's of both the outside and inside of the hotel and restaurant.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel and experienced extremely
praiseworthy service from all the staff. The restaurant deserves especial mention, as both the atmosphere and the cuisine were of an exceptional standard. We could rave on and on about the wonderful seafood, which is specially purchased from Devon and Cornwall. The talented pianist certainly added to the diners enjoyment of the meal ( Friday & Saturday evenings). All in all, we should be happy to return to this hotel anytime! ...
Tankersley Manor is a place that I have been to a few times over the years and it was also the location of my work's Christmas Party at the end of last year.
It is a well known Hotel and Restaurant with a good local reputation.
THE BACKGROUND
From the outside Tankersley Manor is quite impressive to say the least, standing in its own well maintained Gardens and Grounds and surrounded by Woodland the building itself is a rather imposing Stone built building.
The Hotel as you see it today has been extensively restored but it has been built around a 17th Century Manor House that once occupied the location.
THE FACILITIES
Tankersley Manor has a Restaurant, a Health Club and 70 rooms all with en suite facilities. Much of the building has been restored to its original character and there are original Oak beams on the ceilings ...
Advantages: Clean, friendly, child friendly, pets allowed, lovely environment Disadvantages: Can get very busy with slow service and not all staff are very friendly
, hair-dryer and working desk. The accommodation is to a very high standard with some rooms having the ability to interconnect this is great for families who can be near their children. If you want an interconnecting room then you have to request it in advance. As a guest at The Stratford Manor you have a wide range of dining options to choose from. There is also room service if you don't fancy venturing down to the restaurant.
Each room features a bed with designer headboards and beautiful counterpanes. Colours such as chocolates and vibrancy light up the rooms.
The outside of Stratford Manor has a modern décor with 4 murals that show the seasons.
Despite its tranquil setting, the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the M40, connecting you to a number of interesting cultural attractions, including: Stratford-upon-Avon; Warwick ...
