Advantages: Good atmosphere, good food, nice staff. Decent prices! Disadvantages: Waiting for a table sometimes for possibly one hour.

Ever since then, I have been going back time and time again and now have my favorites which I am addicted to, the cheese bake for example as a starter, what it lacks in size it ... ...be the trend throughout all the food I have eaten here, the portions of food could be slightly bigger on some occasions. But it is generally fine and if there is that much of a problem I would ask a waiter to address my problem and I have no doubt that the staff (who work incredibly hard it seems) would sort the problem out in no time.

Advantages: Comfortable, good music, nice food. Disadvantages: Can get very noisy. Quality dependent on location.
...1st time I went to Frankie & Bennys was in Nottingham, and quite frankly it was fantastic. The seats are comfortable, especially if you're lucky enough to get a booth, the music is most enjoyable and the staff cannot be faulted. It's also the little touches that make this place so great, the speakers in the restaurant are all Bose, they play Italian language tapes in the toilet (which are spotless) and the variety in the menu is a joy.
Before I ... ...of warning, I have now been to a selection of these restaurants and have found that both the quality and size of the dishes varies quite considerably with location. For the record, Nottingham is still the best that I have found.
The quality of food is on the whole fantastic, and no matter how varied the group you can always be guarenteed that everyone will find (at least) one item they love.
