Freebird sailing: NO quality for Loads of money!
Advantages Cannot find any advantage to this product.
Disadvantages Very poor service. Too many passengers on cramped space. Poor quality of food and drinks.

Went on Freebird One last month after the product being plugged by my Thomas Cook rep as a "MUST DO"
She is probably of the opinion that putting yourself on fire is also a MUST DO since the whole experience was just awfull and absolutely not aorth the money you pay for it. It seems to be one of these typical excursions that get sold heavily by the tour operators because they receive great comissions. That is ok with me but this should not affect basic customer service and quality of the trip. I can advise all people to go and see the whales and dolphins in Tenerife but DO NOT use Freebird sailing. There is plenty of other boats out there (ranging from big sized cats to small exclusive sailing yachts). Most of the bigger boats offer trips at cheaper rates then freebird and offer better quality on top and if you are willing to pay slightly more you can have a truly great experience by sailing on one of the smaller yachts or catamarans. They offer a much more personalized service and guarantee a much more relaxed and value for money experience.
