Well, as far as I'm aware the Norwich branch doesn't even exist any more! (If it has just moved then I'd really appreciate it if someone could let me know where to…).

Having also experienced many other shops throughout the UK I think its fair to say that the service etc which they offer is above average but at the end of the day everyone has their local shop which they prefer and would choose given the choice.
