We had a side-side view room which gave amazing views looking down the coastline from the balcony. It was larger in size than we were expecting and the bathroom had that wow-factor. No worries about sleeping in the hot nights as the rooms are air conditioned ... ...open the doors onto the balcony, the air con automatically switches off to save energy.
The first thing you notice about this hotel is how clean and roomy it is. The room maids did a fantastic job of cleaning the room every day and always gave a friendly smile and "hola!" in the corridors. We had a side-side view room which gave amazing views looking down the coastline from the balcony. It was larger in size than we were expecting and the bathroom had that wow-factor. No worries about sleeping in the hot nights as the rooms are air conditioned and fully controllable. A nice feature is that when you open the doors onto the balcony, the air con automatically switches off to save energy.

Security is good, with electronic cards needed to travel upwards in the lifts and to gain access from the promenade at the back of the hotel into the pool area. The pool is just the right size for the kind of market this 4* hotel is aimed at (couples, young families, business travellers). It's probably not ideal for those families with more active children/teenagers looking for a great pool holiday who would probably want a larger pool.
The options in the buffet breakfast cover every possibility. From fresh crepes and full cooked breakfasts, to fruit, cereals, pastries, fruit juices and smoothies. All very nice.
Without doubt, the biggest benefit of this hotel is it's location. Having looked at a number of hotels in Marbella, we found we made the right choice going for this one as the location is ideal. A short stroll along the promenade and you have a whole host of restaurants. 5 minutes walk away is a supermarket and a 10 minute walk gets you into the centre of Old Town.
The only thing I could say is a disadvantage is the beach with it's relatively dark sand as it was rocky in places. But then this is not specific to this hotel, it's the same across much of Marbella and is a bit of a picky reason as the only thing I could say as a disadvantage! Definately nothing to put me off staying there again.
Overall, this hotel is worth the money and provides a perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.
