My parents have just come back off of holiday from Egypt and they left there car in the meet and greet at Manchester Airport, it is good for my mother because she can't walk far and they pick you up at the door.
The only thing is this time (they have previously used this and had no problems) when they came to collect the car, they were dirty marks all over the rear and front seats, which were not there before they went, and my mother is really particular when my children go in the car to cover the seat up, It was like a mechanic had been sitting on them which dirty overalls on and hands prints on the seat.We this didn't go down very well, so my mother mentioned it at the airport as she saw it immediately.
Then when she actually got into the car to put on her seat belt, the belt holder had been pulled out of the wall, and somebody had been trying to get the car stereo out of the car, there was like screw driver marks at both sides of the stereo, as though somebody had been trying to force it out.
So when she got home she contact customer services who gave her another number, who then past her to head office, who then gave her another number, she was told that she would need to take photos of the damage and take it to the ford dealers, of cleaning the car and a replacement dashboard.
They have got the quote to the meet and greet people now, and it still hasn't been sorted out yet, and there has been no sign of replacing and cleaning the vehicle, they have been back 6 weeks now and are due to go away again in march. They havent even had a letter or a phone call, my father has had to ring them to chase them constantly.They will not use this service again.
I would recommend that if at all possible you try and get somebody to take you to the airport and not leave your car there especially a brand new car.

As others have said the category is for parking facilities at Gatwick Airport. Your review is of Manchester Airport.
