Advantages - on site staff & the bus drivers were very friendly
Disadvantages 1) they scratched the car; 2) they denied all responsibility; 3) you have to pay extra on check-in

APH scratched our car!!
We left our car with APH Gatwick while we were on holiday for 10 days over Christmas 2011 and when we came back there was a long (1m50), deep scratch down the side of the car. The scratch was definitely man made (it looked like the car had been keyed).
Unfortunately the car was frozen over, so we only noticed the scratch once we had got home and the ice had melted.
On complaining to APH, they said there was nothing they could do as we didn't spot it before we left. Whilst we were stupid not to check, you would at least expect them to check CCTV (which the website claims they have), which they refused to do.
Also worth noting is that they drive the car offsite so you do not have clue what they do with it on the road.
To be fair, the people on site & the drivers of the buses to the airport were very friendly and polite... it is just a shame that failed on the main point... keeping the car safe!!!
