Basically, the deal is this - tell them which airport and when, and they will book you a hotel in the vicinity either before your journey, after it, or both. You get the use of the hotel's car-park and whatever means of shuttling guests to and from the airport that they may have all inclusive.

Basically, the deal is this - tell them which airport and when, and they will book you a hotel in the vicinity either before your journey, after it, or both. You get the use of the hotel's car-park and whatever means of shuttling guests to and from the airport that they may have all inclusive.

On returning, you just pick up the free phone in the courtesy coach stop, and they will tell how long the bus will be - usually, it's already out on the road, and arrives within 15 minutes.
On one occasion we have been asked to get a taxi, for which the hotel paid.
