Have visited Aruba twice and our 3rd trip is booked for this year. Spectacular place-turquoise water,white sandy beaches. It's picture postcard stuff. There is virtually no crime on the island so you don't have to worry about your belongings etc when you are in the water. Plenty of decent restaurants or fast food joints if you prefer. Casinos and nightlife -very lively.Beaches are not too crowded on eagle beach at the low rise hotels but Palm beach does get crowded in high season. Aruba is famous for its trade winds which keep you cool whilst sunbathing. We have tried the party bus which was great value for money and we also went on an ex US naval submarine which takes you to the bottom of the sea. The scenery is fantastic. If you like snorkelling and scuba divving then this is the place for you. The water is so clear and there is an abundance of sea life to view. A magical place-go and see for yourself!!
