ACES limits the number of students to maximum of 5 students per session and provides a community 4wd vehicle, includes crocodile research river excursions, and professional training.
The organization makes claim that all funds are utilized 100% for the preservation of Belize's American Crocodiles donations, non profit, Crocodile, Orgs, Internal Revenue Service, Belize, Punta Gorda.
At time of this article this organization is promoting the idea of the donation’s for a new pen for one of the crocodiles they captured. The story is compelling with many photos and detailed from the director Biologist Cherie Chenot-Rose. The photos for the proposed pen are from funds previously donated for a similar claimed cause.
Belize as a country does not have per say non-profit status for a company or business, in most cases non-profits in Belize is considered NGO’s or non-government organizations. Aces American Crocodile Education Sanctuary is neither a non-profit, nor an NGO at this time.
In review before donating to any non-profit check them out. Ask a few questions, use Google, and check with the IRS they offer a free search of registered 501(c) (3) just use the information supplied to conduct your own investigation.

This is pretty confused. I'm not really sure what you are reviewing and a number of things aren't explained. Then you make some over obvious points such as a country is not an NGO-well,yes obviously that is true!
