Bosnia is such a beautiful country, it has been ravaged by war but it's natural beauty still shines through. I have visited Bosnia on a frequent basis since the war and it is now beginning to rise again from the ashes.
In it's post war days it was a premier holiday spot for it sheer breath takeing beauty and it is that same scenery that is beginning to lure visitors back again. There are meny natural lakes of outstanding beauty and also some very historic buildiings still standing.
Contrary to popular belief Bosnains are very friendly people who stretch their arms out to welcome people. There are meny towns and villages you could visit and to describe some of them on one opinion veally would not be doing them justice. The war is over and people are getting on with their lives and trying to rebuild their country.
Methords of travel you can fly direct to Banja Luka Airport or you can entor by road. If you decided to entor by road ensure that you proper Green Card insurance or you will end up paying over priced insurance. Where ever you decide to visit ensure that you visit the local police station and obtain a white card this is the equivelent of a visa and has to be obtained from the police you will require this for leaving Bosnia.
The card cost around 2 German Marks and German Marks is the main form of currency here. Bosnia is well worth a visit.

I agree with the rest, there is so much of that part of the world that I for one would like to hear about. BTW perhaps you would like to revise your VH on Johnty110 op. The comments will explain....Robin

We agree with Moose. It is all very non-specific a part from the need for the various visas (which is why we opted for the FH rating rather than UH). Try giving place names, resorts, price equivalents and also consider using a word processor with a spell checker.

Can't think how you picked up a FH on that one - I think it's really nice to read such a different perspective on somewhere that most of us know only as a war zone. Any more where this came from?
