I have watched this movie many times based on a novel by Michael Crichton. This film can be described as slightly strange I am still some times left thinking what I liked about the film. It has a straight forward plot It is a story of an African mountain gorilla called Amy who's been taught sign language by a young scientist and is being returned to the jungles of the Congo during which that cross paths with a research team sent in to the jungle of Africa to find a rear diamond, as you can imagine there are lots of obstacles in the African jungle. There are all types of animals one type in particular, its some kind of super gorilla.
This film has a very fictional and adventurous feel to it some of the accents leave much to be desired, the usual over emphasis an American doing an English accent! This is a very light hearted watch ...

Advantages: nice relaxing holiday, friendly people, great weather. Disadvantages: hassle by the beach vendors, some shop keepers and time share people
