Although the beach is beautiful, the customer service we received was disappointing. Our AC did not work and although we said something daily, in the end we were blamed and told that we agreed to being there despite the AC. That was not true. Nothing was done about this accept that we were given a low season rate instead of a high season rate. My daughter's cell phone disappeared there as well as my husbands wallet. So please be careful about leaving valuable items out in the open. We were not impressed with the service and I know others have told us the same thing. What a shame for such a beautiful resort. We will not be back when there are other beautiful resorts around like Beyin Beach and Lou Moon where the customer service is exceptional.
