Singapore is one of the most beautiful cities i have ever been to. It's clean, full of tropical trees, nice shops, and there's no litter on the pavements. It's one of the safest cities in the world and is easy to get around.

There's loads of shops, and whilst hardware electronics them sleves are of course cheaper than in the highstreets, they aren't that much cheaper than you can get if you sop around off of the highstreet in England. However, things such as software you can buy much cheaper, since you can buy it all priated. There's lots and lots of jewerly shops, which are cheaper than England and the staff are very very friendly since they're trying to sell stuff to you.

Once you're done shopping, you can check out all the attractions -

There are sooo many attractions and things to do in Singpaore. First there's the day zoo. The day zoo is called the open zoo, because the idea behind it was to have no gages, and instead have moats of water etc that stopped animals escaping. However, onece a snake escaped acros the water moat, and so they decided that they'd have to keep some animals in cgaes, however they camoflage the cages so they don't look that bad. In the zoo you can have 'Breakfast with an Orangitan', which is where you go and have a buffet breakfast and then they bring out an Orangutan with her baby and she sites there eating a big plate of fruit and you can go up and have your photo taken with them.

After going to the day zoo, I went to the night zoo which is also an open zoo like the day one except it opens when the suns goes down, which is really good as its filled with nocternal animals that you usually just see sleeping in the sun in normal zoos, but in the night zooo you get to see them out and about doing thier own thing. There are some lights of course so you can see, but they're meant to replicate moonlight so they don't desturbe the animals. When you're in the night zoo, you feel like you're in a tropical rainforest late at night. You can take the tram around and also go along foot trails. You can take photos of the animals so long as you don't use a flash, so make sure you bring a high ISO film because my pictures came out all blury.

I then went to Sentosa. You can go by car, coach, or ferry, but the best way by far is by cabel car. You can even book to have a meal on them! The island is beautiful, and there's so much to do on it we didn;t have time to do it all. It isn't really like a theme park, 'cos it isn't really full of rides, more like attractions such as the agarium, whcih we went to as it was sooooo hot the day we went and obviously the aqarium was airconditioned inside. There's a massive tunnel that goes round in a circle through a cave etc that you can see all the animals underwater through. I went to a see life thing in birmingham or something once, and the tunnel is Singapore is much much better than the one in Sealife.

If you're flying anywhere near Singpore, definitly make sure you stop off for at least a few days because there's so much to do you wont have time to do it all if you don't.
