Advantages close to newcastle city centre, well priced, great service, clean

I think The George Hotel is one of the best budget hotels in Newcastle upon Tyne to explore the city. I stayed there a few times, always received excellent service, a nice breakfast and the room prices are reasonable. Facilities are clean, well looked after, the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Secure parking and fast wireless internet available. The location of the hotel (Jesmond) is perfect to reach Newcastle city center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby with long opening hours and public transport (bus, metro and a taxi rank) is literally at your doorstep. Rooms are ... more
