Best Hotel EVER!!
Advantages: Almost Everything Disadvantages: Location
The Radisson Hotel was a great success for me. When we entered the hotel, and checked in, one of the hotel staff took the bags up to the room! And I thought that you would only see that in cartoons! When I got into the bedroom, we saw a mini-bar. The mini-bar had all sorts of yummy foods and wines. What happens with the mini-bar is that if you move something, the price of that item gets added to your bill. COOL! There was a safe aswell.(Which is ... ...and there was also a wire to plug into your laptop to get FREE INTERNET ACCESS! I love computers and gadgets so I was absolutaly delighted. The bath was really relaxing, the water came up the sink! I would absolutaly love to go there again. The location is a bit dodgey though, because it was in the middle of glasgow. ...

Our suite wasn't that sweet
Advantages: Great quiet location Disadvantages: Uncomfortable bed
I booked a suite at Malmaison as a surprise for my husbands 30th birthday. It was also the first time we had been away from our two small children so I was looking forward to something really special. We were shown to our room, number 121, which was quite dark but did have a separate sitting area with a television. Most hotels that I have stayed in, including Travellodges, have superkingsize beds but the bed at Malmaison was a standard kingsize. ... ...side for a suite in a fashionable hotel. My main complaint was the firmness of the mattress. I was awake for ages in the night unable to get comfortable and ended up wakening up more tired than I was when I went to bed. All-in-all we enjoyed spending a night away from the children in Glasgow but would think twice about our choice of hotel if we were to do it again. I was surprised that upon leaving the receptionist didn't ask whether we had enjoyed ...

The Marriot Hotel, Glasgow.

I booked this hotel for a two night stay starting on the 18th of August 2006. We needed somewhere to stay as we were attending the Ciao Glasgow meet, which incidentally was absolutely brilliant.
As we are rather fond of our local Marriot Hotel, we decided as a late Anniversary present, to treat ourselves to a visit to the Glasgow Marriot. We weren't disappointed.
We drove to Glasgow ... ...and we had directions for the hotel from Maporama.com. The last direction was to take the Clydebank/S.E.C.C. Exit 19 off the M8 heading Southbound, take the ramp 290 m and turn left and there we were. No driving into or through Glasgow's' main streets, I was so relieved as I don't know Glasgow at all and was dreading navigating our way to the hotel. So there you go easy as that! And on the way back out all we had to do was turn right out of the hotel ...

Sex In The City Inn
Advantages: Good facilities, excellent breakfast, well-run establishment Disadvantages: Dinner menu is expensive
...in Glasgow, staying at the City Inn. I don't know if our Karen has ever been to Scotland? The purpose of this op is to outline our stay at this hotel thereby giving you an impression whether you would like to stay here or not?
WHY WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL?
Our travel operator for this trip was British Airways Holidays. I am sure that cheaper options would be found by more research on the Internet. But we have travelled with BA Holidays before and feel ... ...4 hotels and selected the City Inn from Ciao reviews.
PRICES
The cost per night varied from just under GBP 100 to just over. Breakfast was included with our package. Otherwise it would have cost around GBP 12 per person every morning. LOCATION
The hotel is located at Finnieston Quay, just on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre. We took a taxi from Glasgow Airport to the hotel and the fare was around GBP 21. The journey took about 30 minutes. ...

Recently stayed at this premier travel inn while in town for a concert. i found the location ideal and the hotel was clean and tidy.there is a bar at the hotel and it is certainly good value for the money we paid for the room and we took up the £20 meal deal offer which got us a 2 course dinner plus a buffet breakfast the next morning which was an all you can eat style buffet, so you wont go hungry. the only thing that was a little bit annoying is ...
