Enjoying the first time I've ever had some money, but forgetting that the 10% student was taken away from me over a year ago!

8 friends and I visited go ape in June 2007. We had a fab day together despite getting lost and fighting against our fears! Go ape is a great giggle for a group of friends, but not a place to mess about. The staff do give you the confidence to give it a go as they give you a very thorough safety talk and instructions. The only fault was perhaps our own. We got lost, make sure you budget enough time as there are very few signs. If you are late then they will not wait around for your appointment either. I quickly overcame some of the fears that I thought I had. Go Ape lets you slowly climb up to 60ft in the trees. For those who feel like they may be too scared to swing so high in the trees, I would say don't worry you will surprise yourself, which is the best thing about a day at Go Ape. Overall a great way to spend a day in the woods!
