We booked a holiday with Going Places (Penrith Branch) a week ago. We has researched our hloiday option carefully and had a clear idea of our requirements. We tried all the high street agencies with a mixed response. Going Places were the most helpful. They listened to our requirement and didn't waste our time with inappropriate packages. The package offered was the best price avialable. After commiting ourselves, they didn't push their other services too hard, simply letting us know they could help. For example, they offered unbiased advice on insurance and were happy that they did not buy their product. I don't know if this good service is indicative of the standard of other branches, so I can recommend this branch only. Hopefully service standars are high throughout the chain. You could find out by giving your local branch the benefit of doubt.
