We were picked up at the precise time stated, by the feeder coach, While picking up other passengers it would have helped if the driver had said we were stopping for a short time, allowing others to disembark, i.e. toilets, food, ect. This never happened at any of the pick up/drop off points ever. Very poor communication from the drivers. (-3) The bus was comfortable/clean. On board toilets soon blocked (-1) Transfer to main coach to a short as there was a delay in it arriving. 30 minutes
The hotel was very good. (HotelCampanile). Food, excellent. Plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly, and courteous, rooms very clean. (+5).
On the return trip to the hotels, it would have been nice if the bus had a tidy up. Just picking up the litter would have made a difference. 30 mins at most. We had the chance to visit Disney new years day again, didn't as pick up wasn't till 11am. Drivers hours limited, but there were two drivers !!!!
So we went into Paris via the metro, very cheap, a lot quicker then coach. Enjoyed that immensely, returning the same way.
There was no information what time we were setting off for home. Found this out from other travellers who were asking the same thing at breakfast.
RETURN HOME
Again bus had still not been cleaned at all. The only time we got any information from the driver, was when we change to the feeder coach, saying "were stopping for 45 minutes so you have time to eat and drink, but don't bring ANY food back on here" this was ok but as we changed coaches I did notice the people embarking on to the coach we just got off were carrying loads off fast food takeaways on board. Mc Donald's, Kentucky's, pizza, drinks,
In short,
-5 very poor -4 -3 -2 -1 0 +1 +2 +3 +4 +5 +5 excellent drivers waste off time, Hotel no complaints, Disneyland, WOW!!
Ps. It was very cold, take appropriate clothing and extras. Remember to haggle with the many street sellers, they will drop their price. One started at 10 euros for 1 item, I got him down to 5 euros, and then told him I wanted 2 items for that price, plus two key rings free, Yes first he said no, but as I walked away, he soon changed his mind, try it its fun.
