The Golden coastholiday park has some very breathtaking views out to sea, it is only 10 minutes by car and you can be on Woolacombe's famous 3 mile beach. Attractions all over Devon are easily driven to including Exmoor, Barnstaple, Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, Dartmoor, Cornwall and of course not forgetting the english riviera, Torbay. All these destinations are easy half day trips. It is set in the grounds of a large mansion and is a very grand place. The park is very secluded which is alrite for some people who enjoy the quiet life but children may easily get bored (the entertainment is also very poor). GoIden coast is a very beautiful place, its only down fall bein that there are not many activities on offer. I would conclude that this is a park for those wishing to relax and have a peaceful holiday, more suited to the older couple as there is not much to do and the park is more based on its natural beauty and breathtaking views.

Advantages: cheap and clean caravans, excellent beach Disadvantages: a long way from the beach and other areas of interest. You need to use your car on a daily basis
