I stayed at these apartments along with my wife in August of this year after getting a late deal on the net; we got it at a good price but had been warned about staying in 2 star accommodations in Turkey. We decided to take a chance as we were travelling without the children and it was cheap!
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and I have to say on first impressions from the outside it looked rather run down. As this is a small apartment block the were not many staff with each seeming to have several duties for instance the manager also took our bags to the room and hung about until I gave him a tip! Be warned everyone is on the make in this country and to get good service it is advisable to tip regularly!
Anyway the room was small and basic, 2 single beds with 2 small lockers a wardrobe and a sink, a teapot and 2 hot rings and a fridge comprised the kitchen and the was a small bathroom. The bathroom had a shower but no bath a toilet, the shower worked OK although pressure was sometimes a problem. We had our towels changed every other day and the sheets were changed once during the week. The apartment also had air conditioning which was an optional extra and cost about £50 per week
We had a balcony with a sea view, although you would need binoculars to see it! When we stayed there it was almost all British families staying there, with a couple of Scandinavian families as well. The apartments had a bar attached in which there was entertainment for the children every night, there were also several other bars and restaurants in the immediate area and prices were very reasonable (Full English breakfast about £1.50) Mini buses ran from early morning to late at night into the centre of Marmaris and cost £1.
This was our first time in Turkey and we were surprised at how friendly the locals were (sometimes too friendly when they're trying to drag you into shops to view their wares!) and there was enough bars, cafes and restaurants in the local area that it wasn't really necessary to travel into the centre.
In conclusion I would recommend the apartments to families and older couples or anyone who is interested in having a quiet holiday if you get them at the right price. They are clean, if a little run down and the staffs were friendly. Just remember you get what you pay for so don't be expecting 4 star accommodation.

Good review, like Turkey but not keen on Marmaris.

Thanks, after all that info, I'll give these a miss. They look after you well in Turkey, but if the hotel itself isn't all that or exactly where you want ... still relatively cheap hol.
