Well where do i start...... I don't believe there is one good thing to say about ether of these company. The reason i say this is because of the lack of customer service they have to offer.
I will start off with onurair, the airline.
Departed on time from Durhamtees valley airport. Paid for meal, we never got... Had Tvs on board the aircraft however where only used for Safety Demo before takeoff. Cabin crew spoke very little English. When we where on final to land, captain was adding up and down, he then added full power as we came into land, at one point i thought we where going to crash. Very hard landing. Return flight i purchased a suitcase, once arrived back a Durham, i would it had been smashed and the security lock was broken.

Gold trail Pickup from airport was ok, slightly confusion with the correct type of coach we where supposed to be on. Driver was very fast and didn't slow down, when going around corners. Finally arrived at Martim hotel Grand azur, Classed as the Best hotel in marmaris, and i would totally agree. Hotel was unable to contact our gold trail rep, thought our 1 week stay. Had to ask other reps, from Thompson and Thomas cook. We where told coach will arrive 3 hours before departure. coach was 1 hour late. we then got to the check in desk. to be told our tickets where not the correct ticket. and to stand to one side with this other women with the same problem, they then assisted us once they had checked everyone in. they then tried calling the gold trail rep 4 times. we finally saw his walk towards us. he then went over to the departure screens and called someone. around 4 minutes later he came over. said something in Turkish to the check in woman, and then we checked in. we then waited 2 hours at the airport. we where then called to proceed to departure gate. where there was no aircraft. we then waited 20 minutes and the aircraft landed. we then had to wait a further 20 minutes before we commenced boarding. we had paid for extra leg room on the return flight however we had found onurair had sold to someone else.
arrived home contacted gold trail the following day. waited 2 weeks and they didn't contact me.
