Have just come back from celebrating St. Patrick's Day in Dublin and stayed for three nights in the Grafton Capital, Lower Stephen`s Street, Dublin 2. Myself and two girlfriends shared an ensuite triple room which consisted of a double and one single bed. It had tv, telephone, trouser press plenty of tea and coffee making facilities and the usual hair-dryer in the bathroom. For those that have used these hairdryers you will know that it's very difficult to style your hair properly though it's adequate for drying. The shower over the bath was quite powerful. The room which was roomy enough had a couple of chairs and dressing table with a large mirror. For those that wear make up use the bathroom mirror as the lighting in the room is not very bright. The wardrobe had a full sized mirror and about nine hangers for clothes. The décor was clean. We stayed on the fourth floor which is a non smoking floor and was at the front of the hotel. There is a nightclub (Break for the Border) attached to the hotel so if you like to have an early night in bed or are a light sleeper take some good earplugs. The noise goes on till the early hours of the morning. We slept with the window open all night as the room was very warm. Luckily for us we'd had one or two glasses of Guinness so the noise did not disturb us. Breakfast was served 8am-llam so those with a hangover didn't need to miss it. There was a variety of choice and the breakfast was good. It really set us up for the day ahead. We didn't use the restaurant for any other meals but there seemed to be a good choice on the menu. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance of the hotel so there is plenty of choice. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Although the hotel was full it was fairly quite in our room apart from the noise from the nightclub. There is a kebab shop straight opposite the hotel which also means that noisy people are coming and going all night. The Grafton is centrally located and is within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions such as Temple Bar which is on a cobble stone street. The Gaiety Theatre is only a couple of minutes walk away. The cost of our stay for 3 adults which included breakfast for 3 nights was €570 . I would stay at the Grafton again purely for the location to all the attractions but maybe ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.

Could do with thinking how you want your reviews to be presented more in the future. Welcome to Ciao. If you ever have any problems feel free to leave a message in my guestbook and I shall be happy to help. A top tip would be to look at other peoples reviews because it can always give you ideas of how to get higher ratings on yours, and the more ratings/comments you give people the more likely you are to get them back. Also this is a great place to make new friends, which you can do by adding people to your 'Circle of Trust'. Hope to see you around the site for a long time to come
