I would like to inform you that the Gran Marquise Hotel, Fortaleza – Brazil, never could be rated as a luxury hotel, based on international evaluation. I was there recently and I suggest you to make sure the information about this hotel are in conformity with your expectations and quality control. When we arrived there, they were confused about our reservation. Then, our suite junior was dirty and fetidness and the drawers were very hard to open . We ordered a sandwich that took 20 minutes to come, and it was ill-favoured and the french fries were cold. In my opinion, the swimming pool area is very poor and ill-kept, and the service there was beneath our expectations. In my opinion, the quality falls short of the price. We can find very better hotels with the same price.
