Blackpool¤s promenade offering uninterrupted views of the coastline. Adjacent to both the North Pier and The Tower the hotel is very centrally located. Every night the entertainment team perform fully costumed professionally produced and choreographed shows. The hotel offers 2 restaurants, a bar&coffee shop. The Metropole underwent a complete refurbishment programme in 2007.
Advantages: friendly .excellent facilities. Disadvantages: Would benefit from a revamp

Just came back from the Norbreck Hotel .
originaly planned to go elsewhere but the whole town was full of pigeon fanciers and Most hotels decided to double the rate for the whole weekend (the Claremount and the Metropole ) to name only two of the moneygabbing hotels .
After booking in which was quick and friendly ,we found our room on the 1st floor ,An executive Jaccuzi room which was still half the price of the Metropole.ok the silicone on the bath looked shabby/ and room smelled lightly of cigarettes but otherwise very clean and spacious and the staff put in an air purifier for us which was fantastic.

Advantages: Plus ca change Disadvantages: Plus c'est les memes shows

...I visited Blackpool with my husband and our two children during the Easter holidays, we stayed for three days and two nights in a three star hotel in the North pier area of Blackpool. We won our stay on an Ebay auction but the hotel can also obviously be booked in a more traditional manner (by phone, post or email).

I visited the Broadway Hotel in October 2007, and was very disappointed with the standards of accomidation in which the Broadway Hotel had to offer. I have never stayed in such a dirty and poorly presented Hotel, in all the years in which I have visited more
