Grand Plaza Parkroyal Hotel is located in the good area of Yangon, Burma/Myanmar. It is situated near the downtown area and the standard of the hotel is acceptable even though it is not a 5 stars hotel. Just beside of the hotel, there is a shopping plaza for clothing and food. One of the biggest cinemas in myanmar is located beside the hotel. Bogyoke market, which is one of the toursit attractions for selling jewels, clothes and traditional presents, is very near (3 minutes walk) from the hotel location.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The uniforms represent all races who live in Myanmar/Burma. Most of the local people hire conference rooms for business purposes in this hotel among so many hotels in Yangon.
