After being very sceptical about the costs of hotels in London we saw an offer at the Grange City in May.
The room was very posh with big TV, seating area and a bathroom that I would love to have at home. The bed was very comfortable and for 4 nights I felt like a queen.
The location is great tube station less than a minutes walk. The Tower of London is just across the road and Tower Bridge nearby. There is a Wetherspoons 2 mins walk from the hotel and the prices are not too inflated compared to the North of England!
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicous a great selection - English breakfast extra cost mind you.
The pool, sauna and steam are just what you need after walking around all day. Very peaceful too. The jacuzzi was very good for the aches and pains in the knees!!
The reason the website has not got a real picture of the outside is not because it isnt finished but because where other buildings are opposite they could not photograph the building.
We have friends going there this weekend and would recommend anyone to stay there. You will not be disappointed with the quality of this hotel.
