Great eastern railway i think it is a very good railway, although it is not the best and fastest railway. the scene along the Great eastern railway is not bad, and it is different from other place scene,and have its own characters. i think this difference is difficult to use the words to descripe it .when you expercience it and pay a travel there ,i think you will know how good it is and will would like to travel and enjoy it second time. the price ... Advantages: clean , fast , reliable

...Great North Eastern railways are one rail company that can hold their heads up high during this nightmare time for Britain's railways . They at least have reached a level of quality and reliability normally that most other operators can only dream of . I travel on their flagship east coast main line regularly between Newcastle and York and I'm generally impressed. The trains are clean , quick and have generally an inviting atmosphere on board . The frequency of service from Leeds and Newcastle to London is greater now than it ever was under the old days of British Rail . In fact passenger numbers have grown to such an extent that in my opinion the biggest problem now with GNER trains is overcrowding . This is becoming a problem that they need to address by lengthening the carriages on the train in my view , especially... Read review

Advantages: Best of a bad bunch
Disadvantages: Stil, not that brilliant in the long run

...- Introduction - I travel with GNER several times a year, mainly going from Newcastle to London King's Cross, though sometimes going from Newcastle to York. This year, however, we were travelling to London King's Cross, as were doing a holiday to the south of France differently this year.
