If you book online via the hotel's website they offer last minute deals which are far cheaper than the standard rates. We stayed in a Boudior Grand Room for £120 a night whereas the standard rate for this type of room is £255. The hotel is centrally located opposite Granada TV and the Museum of Science and Industry. Walking distance ... ...room was on two levels: living area downstairs and bathroom / bedroom upstairs. Bathroom had a roll-top bath as well as modern rain head shower. The hotel has a roof top terrace and hot tub so take your trunks! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed oysters from the hotel's very own oyster bar. It is a bit pricey but well worth it and a bit more distinctive than chain boutique hotels, although there is a sister hotel: Didsbury ...
