My boyfriend and I got allocated here after getting to our original apartment being overbooked. But we were in for a pleasent suprise!! The hotel is well maintained, always cleaned, reception area is also well staffed, with all languages understood, the guy behind the desk changed from English to German to Spanish in the space of 2 minutes. You have to have a card which you put money on to buy from the bar restaurant and shop on site. At first, I wasn't very impressed with the idea.
