One day we arrived the hotel at 21.00, we found the door of our room wide open!! The housekeepers forgot to close it! towels on the floor and nothing done. They don't clean, just extend the sheets. Beds uncomfortable and noisy. Staff very rude. Time for breakfast was horrible, the staff seem stressed and don't want you to ask for anything!! Breakfast room very small, you couldn't always seat with your friends. You could see the faces of other unhappy guests with breakfast service....the screaming of the waitress with MOMENT! better don't ask
They always send you to King Cross to get a bus when you can get one round the corner and then change. We realised that the last days. The receptionist took 50 pounds more because she put it that note we don't know where...
NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL. The day we found the door opened the receptionist said he would go to check the room and I had to go for him one more time but never appeared and I had to go back to take clean towels.

We stayed 8 days in august of 2006. (last week)
