Went to the theme park Sunday 14th June- Befor setting off we looked at the website it stated that children under 0.9cm were free, my grandaughter was under this height, at home on the growing chart. Arriving at the park we were paying for 4 adults and 2 children, we had my 2 small grandchildren in the buggy, not satisfied with the £72 we were paying (for rides that grannies do not go on) we had to wake both girls up to measure them, the 12 month child was obviously under the 0.9cm, but they still don't take your word for it, the other child which we measured at home and she was under the 0.9cm- with her shoes on she was touching the bar, we had to pay for her- even though there were certain rides that she was restricted from going on- there was tears and tantrums all day long. My suggestions to anyone in this situation is put flat sandals or pumps on your child before you go. The staff at this park are very rude and patronising especialy the manager. If it had'nt been a lovely hot day then we would have not stayed and in my opinion wasted £84- I can understand paying for children, but adults should be free- most of the rides are for 6year olds - the ones like you see at fairgrounds.
