beautiful corner of Los Cristianos town, in the wonderful Tenerife Island. Los Cristianos is a nice fishing village located in the south west coast of the island, and guests will be delighted with its beautiful views when having a walk along its harbour. Among the services offered by the property, guests will find a shop, reception open all day long, Internet Point located in the lobby, laundry service, a bar, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden.
such it enjoys an enviable location right on the sea front, an easy stroll away from the resort centre and golden beaches. Since its constructionmuch love has been lavished on this hotel with regular refurbishment programmes which keep regular guests coming back year after year. The hotel staff pride themselves in the service they deliver and it really is an ideal base forthose who want a smaller, traditional hotel in the south of Tenerife
Advantages: Great Food, Lovely Pool area, Spa, Coffee's and cocktails. Disadvantages: Very few staff speak english to a good standard, Rocky Beach
...San Felipe, In Puerto De La Cruz Tenerife in June 2007-relaxing stay . The north of Tenerife is great to get away from British Touristist and really enjoy tenerife, would reccomend a trip to mount teide, Loro Park or a trip on a catamaran to see the whales and dolphins. The hotel caters more for spanish tourists so is not great for children in regards to the entertainment however it is idea for a couple. The rooms are well decorated, and inclusive of a mini bar. There is a large pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The all inclusive food is to a good standard, from fast food to more exotic taste so there is something to please everyone. I would also reccomend to try the italian al la carte which is also all inclusive, the food here was gorgeous the only problems we had was trying to communicate with the staff in the restaurant. The drinks...

Advantages: Stunning scenery, wonderful cuisine, luxurious hotels Disadvantages: Rough image of lager louts in the south
...Flicking through mountains of cheap holiday brochures, you may be forgiven for thinking that Tenerife is only for lager louts in the club 18-30 category; how wrong you are. Many top end travel firms such as elegant resorts, and seasons in style now offer holidays in Tenerife. It appears that it is slowly coming out of its stereotype.
Like in many place, a strong north-south divide exists. The south has very few quality establishments and is exclusively the preserve of tourists; the scenery is uninspiring; many people just go there for twenty four hour clubbing and drinking. The south has one hotel that stands out from the rest of low grade establishments - the Gran Meliá Bahia Del Duque. This hotel is a very pleasant resort comprising many buildings in traditional Canarian style; the services, accomodations, and cuisine...

Advantages: Located next to beach Disadvantages: None that I could see
...This is a lovely hotel. One of many on this Island. I wanted to let you know what I thought about it. I am in the Travel Industry so can be quite critical. Well here goes -
***********LOCATION***********
The hotel is only 15 Km from Tenerife Sur Airport making the transfer quite short. This was great after a 4 hour flight !!! This hotel is on Playa de las Américas beach, right next to the sea and there is direct access to the ocean promenade. I loved the way it is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The beach is just through a gate at rear of the pool area and The Veronicas and Starcos clubbing areas are about 5-10 mins walk away, as are a good variety of restaurants.
***********ROOMS***********
The room we had was slightly larger than most basic hotel rooms and we also had a fridge in the cupboard free of charge. The room was very...
