I am a BA (Hons) Fashion Design student and live in Wales with my fiancee. I enjoy designing, working out in the gym, fashion shows, going to the cinema, restaurants, music of all kinds, dancing, singing, modelling, travelling, shopping and relaxing.

I went on holiday to Halkidiki in July 2003.
WHERE I STAYED: I stayed in Kriopigi, at Krassa Anasacia studios which are rooms only. Very clean and really nice people work there, cleaners everyday and immaculate. You have to share 2 swimming pools with the studios below and above you, which are right by you anyway! The main part of town was just around the corner where there were lots of bars, restaurants and shops, also moped and car hire places. I would reccomend to couples only.
THE BEACH The beaches there are unbelievable! gorgeous white sand, clear blue sea and really quiet and peaceful! THE BEACH WAS JUST DOWN THE ROAD BUT BECAUSE IT IS A HILL, THERE WAS A FREE BUS GOING UP AND DOWN ALL DAY!
RESTAURANTS I loved the food over there, it was really cheap, restaurants are very clean and the Greek people dont try and force you to go in. The restaurants I reccomend are deffinetley Akropolis and Flavours, gorgeous food, excellent prices.
GREEK PEOPLE The Greek people are so nice and friendly, we even bought our old room cleaner perfume as she was really, really nice! The shops sell cheap products for people who are self catering and people are really friendly and helpful there.
MOPED & CAR HIRE We hired a moped for 2 weeks which was really great fun, there is also a car hire place right opposite so no problems if you want to rent transport.
LOCAL TRANSPORT The local buses and taxis are also running through the main street all the time!
PLACES TO GO I reccomend going to Waterland which was great fun! great for kids and adults. Packed with slides, swimming pools, rapids sunbeds, restaurants and icecream!
BARS There are a few bars to go to, but no big clubs which I was glad of as I am not really a clubber.
OVERALL It is great for families and couples who want a romantic, relaxing holiday!!There are lots of places to go sightseeing and Athens is not that far away I deffineley reccomend you give Halkidiki a try!

Does sound like a much better holiday than the last one you reviewed. I like how you split up different features into headings. Beaches sound gorgeous. Ah to be there right now...:) Would love to hear a bit more about the holiday though if you could. :)
