This hotel is just wonderful. My husband and I stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary. I booked an executive double room but when we got there they said we were in a standard room as the executive rooms were over the function room and they had a wedding on that night so we may get upset by the noise. Oh dear I thought, having stayed in a hotel before when weddings were taking place and had a bad experience. But no, the room was fantastic; beautiful furnishing, robes and slippers on the bed, fruit basket and luxury toiletries.

The hotel has a Pub in the grounds, so we spent the afternoon in the beer garden and the only complaint I have is that they need a gardener as they could have made a lot more of this area with flowers, shrubs etc...

We'd booked for the evening meal and breakfast and the quality of food and service was second to none.

I'm planning to stay here again for a birthday treat and take the kids as I just loved it so much. Oh and by the way they had TWO weddings on the night we stayed.
