Advantages: Friendly, relatively cheap, conveniently close to Nottingham, very pleasant environment, all ages and abilities welcome
Disadvantages: Not perfect water for sailing, showers could be better

...Nottingham Sailing Club (NSC) is based on the south bank of the River Trent, right next door to the National Watersports Centre, on the East side of Nottingham. It is an extremely friendly club, welcoming sailors of all abilities (and you can throw away all those preconceptions about sailing clubs being stuffy, formal places).
