A rude employee ... ...As you wait, (tired from your travels and anxious to freshen-up) for 10, 15, 20 minutes you will become increasing agitated. Periodic trips to the front desk will be to no avail. Again and again you will hear --- “just sit and wait”.
Finally, when your turn arrives, as if at a deli counter with a number, you will receive no assistance. Carry your luggage to the elevator amidst a group of other frustrated guests.

Walk to the front desk to check-in and all the ambiance and magic of the grand entrance will be tarnished. A rude employee will tell you to just take a seat and wait. As you wait, (tired from your travels and anxious to freshen-up) for 10, 15, 20 minutes you will become increasing agitated. Periodic trips to the front desk will be to no avail. Again and again you will hear --- “just sit and wait”.
Finally, when your turn arrives, as if at a deli counter with a number, you will receive no assistance. Carry your luggage to the elevator amidst a group of other frustrated guests.
Upstairs, inside of your standard guestroom keep telling yourself, “This is NOT a closet. This IS a room”. Right before bed, you might want to reverse this phrase so you won’t bang your knees against the wall if you roll over during the night. The barest of furnishings give little comfort --- a bed, a nightstand and a bureau with a TV on top. This TV will play movies currently in the theatre (order for a fee). Though dreary and drab, the room is CLEAN.
Call the front desk with all the questions you like, you won’t get any answers. When you check out you won’t be asked if you enjoyed your stay. WARNING – Check your bill carefully to make sure you are not billed DOUBLE as I was.
Unfortunately, the best thing about this hotel IS the lobby. Personally, I would NOT return.
