Advantages: Pretty Market Town Disadvantages: House prices!
----Introduction-------
Alresford is a pretty Georgian market town in Hampshire, England that lies about 7 miles East of the cathedral city of Winchester. The town centre is full of pretty colour washed Georgian houses. The population is around 5000 (2001 census)
Alresford (pronounced Allsford) apparently means 'the ford over the river where the alder trees grow'. There is an Old and New Alresford. (Although New Alresford came into existence around 1200 so is not that new!). For this review when I mention Alresford I will be referring to New Alresford.
Alresford came top of the SE regional list in Country Life Magazine's "Favourite Market Town" award and was a runner up to Hexham, the winners, in the final five!

Advantages: Close to town and all amenities Disadvantages: none
I have never stayed in the Premier Inn before, but I felt I had to share my experience of the past weekend.
The staff in both reception and the restaurant were fantastic, they were really helpful and made you feel right at home.
The room and bathroom were both spotless, warm and the freeview television meant that my daughter didn't miss her soaps while she was away. The bed was both big and comfortable and we didn't have any trouble getting to sleep.

Access to the hotel was excellent for both able bodied and non-able bodied people, we didn't have a wheelchair but we did have a six month old baby and a pram, and even though it is situated next to Charing Cross rail station we didn't hear a thing from ...
Advantages: centrally located, reasonable room rates Disadvantages: no parking, as it's on a main road some noise is possible
Having attended a conference here before in one of the conference suites, and having stayed overnight at the hotel a few month's ago, I felt it was time to post a review of the Inn on Ciao.

Jury's Inn Croydon is situated on the A212, Wellesley Road in central Croydon. This is one of the busiest roads in the borough and the hotel is only about a ten minute walk from mainline East Croydon station and the smaller West Croydon station. There are numerous buses that stop virtually right outside the hotel, which serve south London, as well as several tramstops nearby making it easily accessible to Wimbledon, amongst other places.

The hotel is only a few years old, and the exterior of the building is clean and modern. There are about 8 or 9 floors of bedrooms in this hotel, with the first floor ...
