We had three rooms here. One had a mattress with the springs coming thru and one had no hot water. One of us NEVER had a phone that worked and the rooms were FILTHY!!!! I just came back from the doctor and was told I was covered with BED BUG BITES upon my return. this place is disgusting, dirty and a health concern to all who stay here. The staff were not helpful and at times, rude. Threre was no soap in any of the rooms and we had to search out towels ourselves. When we left, nobody would carry our luggage down and I was on the TOP floor. They expected my 78 year old mother to carry her own bag down. Disgusting , dirty establishment.
