Easy Life
Advantages cheap
Disadvantages can't think of any
I am perfectly qualified to write on such a city as this is where I was born and this is hopefully where I will die. Harare is a city that desparately wants to be modern but fails miserable due to the lack of money. It is unlike any city I have ever been to. There are a lot of trees and flowers but you could never say that its appearance was tidy. There are a lot of very happy friendly people that will look you in the eye and smile even if you have never met them. Some people think Harare is a dangerous place. I am a 22 year old woman who has driven around Harare late at night alone and never felt threatened. I love Zimbawe and I love the people from Zimbabwe and I would strongly advise anybody who reads this to go to Zimbabwe for a holiday. It is very cheap and I gaurantee it is a holiday you will never forget!

Things have changed so much in Zim since we left in 2000.. prices have shot through the roof and the rates of pay certainly don't match the rate of inflation!! It's still a great place to visit, the pound can buy so much, but the Zim dollar is virtually worthless... I am doing my damndest to make sure my kiddies know where they come from (two being born in Harare at the Avenues Clinic) but it's been a bit on the difficult side trying to explain why we dont live there anymore... My eldest has only just started to settle here in the UK (she's 13 in July) and refuses to lose her accent!! Good luck.

There simply isn't enough info or detail to warrant rating it any higher. Sorry
