Advantages: Everything thats not a disadvantage
Disadvantages: It's a little small

I can't believe the last opinion on this pub, this place is one of the best Newcastle has to offer. It is true that it is a small place, but there are two small bars. One upstairs, and one downstairs. Depending on the night it can become very cramped (fridays and saturdays) but no more than anywhere else in the city. Advantages: Toilet.
Disadvantages: Small, cramped, cant get near the bar.

I can never be bothered with this place. Too cramped, cant even get near the bar to get served. If it wasnt so small it would be better. I've been in there once when there was a fight. The flying fists were quite scary - the place is so small, you're always within reach. I cant comment on the music, I can never hear it over the talking. It makes me wonder if it's a fire hazard, so many people cramped into a small space. It's one redeaming feature ... Read review
